We got so see our baby again this picture is at 12 weeks and 4 days. I have to say that this was one of the coolest experiences ever! We got to see the baby moving all around and even trying to suck his thumb which is what the picture is of. We heard the heartbeat and were told that everything looked right on schedule. I was teary eyed as I watched something so small and that I love so much already be so real! Jess thinks its funny to say that our baby looks like a member of Kiss in this photo. He says that it looks like a black mullet with white face make-up and he's even got his fist up in the air rocking out. lol I don't agree I just see my perfect baby! =) I'm feeling great! Sickness is gone and I almost have back all my energy except I still go to bed pretty early. On Sunday I will officially be 13 weeks and in my second trimester! Life is good!!!
Isn't 2nd trimester so much better than the first? I'm pretty sure I spent most of it in bed wanting to toss my cookies.
ReplyDeleteNow that the fog has lifted, I'm able to function again. So what if I want to go to bed at 7:00 pm. ;)
